Niti Aayog has undertaken a huge 360 degree campaign to educate India on different modes of Digitalpayments, Niti Aayog CEO Amitabh Kant said.Chief Ministers Panel today met with media after day logn delebaration to increase digital payments. The Chief Ministers Panel on Demonetisation-headed by Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chnadrababu Naidu today held the maiden meeting with Reserve Bank of India Governor Urjit Patel and leading bankers to bring them on board for smooth transition of digital payments. It is expected that the Chief Ministers Panel will submit its report on ground-level situation after denomination of high values announced and would also suggest measures to ease out the pressure erupted due to cash crunch, in next 2-3 days. Addressing the mediapersons post meeting, Mr Naidu said, "Today, we had a very fruitful meeting with the RBI Governor and the top management of leading banks. In the meeting, we have explored all mechanism for easy promotion of digital payments down the grass root level. There are some problems and we are trying to sort them out." For making digital payments a simple and secured, the NITI Ayog CEO Amitabh Kanth said that the new version of USSD is ready which will be linked to UPI. In the next 15 days.The comiittee today tried to explore all possibilities to solve problems in transitioning to digitalpayments
